You decide what services are needed.
You have a care team made up of yourself and your physician to determine the level of care needed. Our care manager will come to your home and assist you in the process of evaluating your care needs. You will direct the caregiver in the services that you want them to perform. In the event that the client is not able to make care decisions for themselves, a family member or personal representative should be designated by the client to make decisions on their behalf. We provide each client with a service care notebook. All information regarding the care requested and duties to be performed by the caregiver are documented in this book so each caregiver has updated instructions.

Services we provide.
Prescreening - All caregivers have passed a criminal background check through the State Patrol. All previous employers and character references are checked and on file at our office. We verify all state licenses. We also verify that caregivers maintain their qualifications.
Mediator - We can act as a facilitator or mediator to help with communications between family members or caregivers.
24 Hr. Availability - We have a representative on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency schedule changes.
Tax Deductions & Year-End
Paperwork - We provide you with year-end documentation for your income tax preparation. The caregiver expenses in most cases are allowed as a medical deduction. We will provide this information to you. We also prepare the 1099s for the caregivers. You no longer need to burden yourself with the reporting tasks necessary when having a caregiver.

With no minimum number of hours required, you schedule only the hours you need. Our services are offered at one low hourly rate.
