Do you qualify for free prescriptions?

The prescription program provides prescription medicines at a free or reduced price. The individual pharmaceutical companies provide prescription drugs free or at a reduced price to low income individuals of all ages.

To receive the free or reduced priced prescriptions, you must qualify for the medications available with that company. Upon approval into the prescription program, your medications will be delivered to your home or to your doctor's office.

We will process your application to see if you qualify for the prescription program. We will fill out all of the applicable applications with the pharmaceutical companies to get you the medications that you need at a free or reduced price. To complete the application process there is a simple 3 step process.

After being accepted into the prescription program, if your medications change or you have been prescribed additional medications, please bring them in to us and we will determine if these medications qualify for the prescription program.

Our fee for the prescription program is $25 per month. You will not be charged the monthly fee until you are accepted into the program and start receiving your medications. Our fee that you pay for the prescription program is a tax deductible medical expense.

Where do I start?

We are committed to helping our clients receive he medicine they need at a price they can afford because everyone needs some help sometimes.

There are several steps to complete the process. We will help you with each step of the process.

Step 1
Verification of income. To complete the verification of income we will need a copy of your last year tax return or social security tatement.

Step 2
Listing of medications. We need the name of the medication, the strength of the medication, and the quantity of each medication. The doctor's name and phone number that prescribed the medication. This information can be found either on the prescription bottle or the pharmacy that filled the prescription can print you a list of this information.

Step 3
Additional information. We need a copy of your social security card, Medicare card, voided check and bank statement.
